Product Specialist

Role Responsibilities

  • Engage in sales and marketing activities for the scientific products represented
  • Promotion, follow up and customer visit with customers from academic universities and industries
  • Handle key account customers and to develop new opportunities
  • Handle customers’ request and objection and understand customer’s needs
  • To build good relationship with customers and enhance network

Role Requirements

  • Degree holder in Materials Science & Engineering preferred, other engineering discipline can be considered
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the relevant industry preferred
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Customers-oriented service attitude and always be ready to serve
  • Able to work independently or as a team, self-discipline and motivated, positive attitude with high aspiration
  • Possess own transport is preferred

Technical Support Engineer

Role Responsibilities

  • Perform installation & training, maintenance and support for the R&D equipment
  • Perform regular maintenance/ service jobs and prepare service reports
  • To troubleshoot, diagnose and repair of down equipment
  • Prompt response to service calls and minimize turn-around time
  • Provide professional and good quality service to customers to ensure the satisfactory level of the equipment use
  • Build and maintain customer’s relationship to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Prompt response to service calls and minimize turn-around time

Role Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering preferred, other engineering discipline can be considered
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the relevant industry preferred
  • Customers-oriented service attitude and always be ready to serve
  • Able to work independently or as a team, self-discipline and motivated, positive attitude with good communication skills
  • Possess own transport is preferred
